Preparatory – This is usually done before a competitive event or preparation for a near future high physical demand. We recommend it is done between 48 to 72 hrs before in order to work properly with a Deep Tissue Massage and thus release all the tension, improve mobility, blood flow.
In the event: These are short massages that are usually done in the breaks of the competitions. They are not strong massages that are performed at the time because we need the muscles active so they can have immediate response, but these short massages work to relieve cramps and keep the body active to continue.
Recovery: After the physical effort, in approximately 72 hours, it is an excellent opportunity to recover. Here we use mostly stretching and body relaxation to get into the wellness you need at this point.
Of Maintenance: they are usually done already in a period in which you are not going to make physical effort for competition, and all muscles are worked, although emphasizing the most that you need to have ready and in good condition, and it is precisely to maintain the good physical condition of the body always.
